7 Things to Eat When It's Snowing

​IT IS SNOWING RIGHT NOW AND YOU CAN'T SEE FIVE FEET IN FRONT OF YOU. This is true, and you might not want to leave your home. But restaurants are still open and still serving better food than whatever Campbell's soup you are eating right now. Here are seven dishes that will literally warm your body up by a couple of degrees. I'm talking mac and cheese, corned beef, and stacked burgers. I know it is hard to travel right now, but once the streets are plowed, these 7 dishes are the way to go this weekend, and whenever it snows. Enjoy, and stay safe.

6-Buck Chuck, with extra toppings - Burger, Tap, Shake
BTS is closed today, but they MIGHT REOPEN TOMORROW and this monster burger (with all the extra toppings) will act as a mitten for your heart and keep your blood warm. Science. 

Mac and Cheese - Stanton & Greene
Stanton & Greene's mac and cheese will literally shovel out your driveway when you go and eat it. Stanton & Greene is closed this morning, but weather=permitting, will REOPEN THIS PM. 

Dry-Fried Wings - Yona
Crossing the Potomac to get to Arlington might not be a prime way to spend your snow-day, I understand,  but these wings are hot enough to evaporate the river anyway, sooo.
